We are not just looking for someone who makes products.
We want someone who deeply understands problems and gets to the core,
or someone who can design with an artistic sense and make the experience richer.
It’s even better if you’ve worked on multi-agent, simulation, or AI society research, or been on a related team before.
Above all, we want someone who uses AI not as a simple assistant
but as a tool that changes how they understand, build, iterate, and decide.
What you'll do in this position
Discover and define the problems customers and users actually face.
Design products, features, interfaces, and workflows to solve the problem.
Build fast in an AI-native way, and validate immediately.
Keep improving the product based on user feedback.
Move across the boundaries of planning, design, frontend, backend, and AI use.
