Secured seed investment from Primer and TheVentures

Today we announce Memory.Inc’s seed round from Primer and TheVentures.

Memory.Inc is a shared memory layer helping AI understand and use team work contexts. Connecting fragmented data in Slack, Docs, Emails, GitHub, Linear, Intercom, and AI chats, we help AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and Claude Code fetch the exact context needed.

Though AI tools evolve fast, teams still repeat the same context to different AIs. Vital context stays scattered, and AI cannot continuously remember past decisions, client contexts, team workflows, or updates.

We solve this problem.
Instead of just feeding AI raw data, we find the exact context needed, separate key info from noise, and build memory structures for both teams and AI.

With this funding, we will speed up development and focus on delivering a stable, accurate AI experience for our early customers in their daily work.
